At Young Forest, we want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period:
You can return or exchange any unused item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
– Unworn and unwashed
– In original packaging with tags attached
– Free of stains, scents, or damage
2. Exchanges:
Want a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange your item (subject to stock availability). Just contact us to initiate the process.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
*Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.*
4. Non-Returnable Items:
– Sale or clearance items
– Gift cards
– Accessories (e.g., earrings, undergarments) due to hygiene reasons
5. How to Return:
